Dear Virtuozzo customer,

We would like to inform you that we will be conducting scheduled maintenance for one or more management panels from 2024-11-14 18:00 UTC to 2024-11-15 02:00 UTC. During this time, some of the components of our service may experience downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will work to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Reason for Maintenance: Update to VAP version 8.11

Estimated Downtime and components: The estimated duration of all work will be up to 8 hrs. This process is expected to cause temporary restrictions or downtime for the Cloud Management Panel (https://cmp.vhc.virtuozzo.com/) and the Virtuozzo PaaS self-service panel (https://app.vhc.virtuozzo.com/). Customer workloads will remain unaffected.

Please note that while we strive to minimize any service disruption, some users may experience intermittent connectivity issues during this period. We recommend that you plan your work accordingly and save any unsaved data before the start of the maintenance.
