Dear Virtuozzo Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important upcoming event that will impact your services. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our infrastructure and provide you with improved performance and reliability, the Cloud Operations Team at Virtuozzo has scheduled a major migration of server equipment from one of our data centers to a new location.

Scheduled Downtime:
Date: Saturday, May 25th, 2024
Start Time: 9:00 AM UTC
End Time: 6:00 PM UTC
Duration: Planned downtime 9 hours

Impact on Services:
Service Downtime: During the migration, all services hosted in the affected data center will be temporarily unavailable.
IP Address Changes: This move will necessitate changes to the IP addresses of your services. The new pool of IP addresses will be provided once the equipment is operational at the new site.

Action Required:
Update IP Addresses: After the migration is complete, you will need to update the IP addresses of your services to the new ones provided.
Backup Data: We strongly recommend that you backup any critical data before the migration begins to ensure no data loss during the transition.

Communication:
We will keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process. Detailed instructions and the new IP addresses will be shared as soon as they are available.

We would like to inform you that on 07.05.2024 from 18:00 (UTC) to 19:00 (UTC) there will be a scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance window, you shouldn't experience service interruptions as we perform necessary updates and system checks.

Reason for Maintenance:
An issue was discovered that causes network latency for large virtual machines; a hotfix was developed to address this issue.

Expected Impact:
This update should not affect API, SSP, and other cloud resources. However, we ask that you pay special attention to the performance of your virtual machines and report any problems to us immediately.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this maintenance, some virtual machines may experience intermittent performance issues during this period.
