Dear Virtuozzo customer,

We would like to inform you that there will be a scheduled maintenance of our equipment on April 26 from 02:00 (UTC) to 06:00 (UTC). During this period, some components of our service may experience interruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we will strive to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Reason for Maintenance:
A malfunction has been detected in the switches, necessitating a reboot to resolve the issue.

Estimated Downtime and Affected Components:

Starting Date: April 26, 2024, 02:00 (UTC)
Ending Date: April 26, 2024, 06:00 (UTC)
Impact: The maintenance will affect only two servers located at the AMS3 site. Please note that all our servers are equipped with network fault tolerance, and during the reboot of one switch, the other will continue to ensure network availability.
Please be aware that while we strive to minimize service disruptions, some users may experience intermittent connectivity issues during this period. We recommend planning your activities accordingly and saving any unsaved data before the maintenance begins.
