Dear Virtuozzo customer,
We would like to inform you that we will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our cloud service on 23/09/2024 from 17:00 to 21:00 (UTC). During this time, some of the components of our service may experience latency. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will work to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Reason for Maintenance: Software update in location EU5 Software Version: 6.1.0 (251) -> 6.1.1 (52) Estimated Downtime and components: The estimated duration of all works will be 4 hours. During the upgrade process, some VMs may experience latency. We do not expect downtime while performing these maintenance activities.
Action Required: Perform a backup of all sensitive information.
Please be advised that we strongly recommend backing up any critical systems or data before the maintenance window begins. It’s important to note that creating a snapshot does not constitute a full backup. While significant downtime and data loss are unlikely, taking this precautionary measure and planning your work accordingly will help ensure the protection of your data both during and after the maintenance.
