Dear Virtuozzo customer,

We would like to inform you that we will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our cloud service on 29 January 2026 from 08:00 to 16:00 (UTC). During this time, some of the components of our service may experience latency. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will work to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Reason for Maintenance: Software update in location EU3-S3
Software Version: 7.1.0 (190) -> 7.2.0 (246)
Estimated Downtime and components:
The estimated duration of all works will be 8 hours.
During the upgrade process you may experience increased latency. We do not expect downtime while performing these maintenance activities.

Please note that while we strive to minimize any service disruption, some users may experience intermittent connectivity issues during this period.
We recommend that you plan your work accordingly and save any unsaved data before the start of the maintenance.
