Investigating

Dear Virtuozzo Customer,

On February 20 at 07:27 (UTC), we detected network connectivity issues in the CND1 location. During this time, customers may have experienced packet loss of up to 100%.

Normal connectivity was restored at 07:58 (UTC).

The issue originated from one of the data center’s upstream network providers.

We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure service stability.
