Dear Virtuozzo customer,

We urgently need to inform you about a scheduled maintenance that has been planned for tomorrow, 18.04.2024, from 11:00 to 12:00 (UTC timezone). During this maintenance window, you shouldn't experience service interruptions when we perform necessary updates and system checks.

Reason for Maintenance:
An issue was discovered that causes network latency for large virtual machines, a hotfix was developed to address this issue.

Expected Impact:
This update should not affect API, SSP, and other cloud resources.
However, we ask that you pay special attention to the performance of your virtual machines and report any problems to us immediately.

Please be aware that due to the critical nature of this maintenance, some virtual machines may experience intermittent performance issues during this period.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to restoring full service functionality as quickly as possible.
