Scheduled - Dear Virtuozzo customer,

We would like to inform you that we will be conducting scheduled maintenance for one or more management panels from 2024-05-07 17:00 UTC to 2024-05-08 01:00 UTC. During this time, some of the components of our service may experience downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will work to complete the maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Reason for Maintenance: Update to VAP version 8.7-1

Estimated Downtime and components: The estimated duration of all work will be up to 8 hrs. This process is expected to cause temporary restrictions or downtime for the Cloud Management Panel (https://cmp.vhc.virtuozzo.com/) and the Virtuozzo PaaS self-service panel (https://app.vhc.virtuozzo.com/). Customer workloads will remain unaffected.

Please note that while we strive to minimize any service disruption, some users may experience intermittent connectivity issues during this period. We recommend that you plan your work accordingly and save any unsaved data before the start of the maintenance.

Scheduled - Dear Virtuozzo customer,

We would like to inform you that on 07.05.2024 from 18:00 (UTC) to 19:00 (UTC) there will be a scheduled maintenance. During this maintenance window, you shouldn't experience service interruptions as we perform necessary updates and system checks.

Reason for Maintenance:
An issue was discovered that causes network latency for large virtual machines; a hotfix was developed to address this issue.

Expected Impact:
This update should not affect API, SSP, and other cloud resources. However, we ask that you pay special attention to the performance of your virtual machines and report any problems to us immediately.

Please be aware that due to the nature of this maintenance, some virtual machines may experience intermittent performance issues during this period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to restoring full service functionality as quickly as possible. Should you have any concerns or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact your technical account manager or submit a support ticket.

During this period, some components of our service may experience interruptions. Reason for Maintenance:
A malfunction has been detected in the switches, necessitating a reboot to resolve the issue.

Estimated Downtime and Affected Components:

Starting Date: April 26, 2024, 02:00 (UTC)
Ending Date: April 26, 2024, 06:00 (UTC)
Impact: The maintenance will affect only two servers located at the AMS3 site. Please note that all our servers are equipped with network fault tolerance, and during the reboot of one switch, the other will continue to ensure network availability.
