Scheduled - Dear Virtuozzo Customer,

We are writing to inform you of a high-risk emergency maintenance window scheduled for tomorrow, 30 May 2025, from 12:00 to 18:00 (UTC). This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued security and stability of our infrastructure.


⚠️ Please note that the operations involve elevated risk levels and may result in service interruptions. Downtime is expected.


Reason for Maintenance:
- Urgent maintenance is being performed to stabilize the platform.


Expected Impact:

- Temporary unavailability of some virtual machines, potentially exceeding 20 seconds.

- In rare cases, virtual machines may experience longer service disruption.

- Affected VM owners will be notified directly.


Action Required:
- Due to the critical and high-impact nature of this maintenance, we strongly advise all customers to:

- Back up all essential virtual machine data and configurations in advance.

- Review and prepare your Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures accordingly.


Notify our team immediately if any VM remains unavailable for more than 1 minute.
